Pre-Stretched Screens
Each new frame is primed with our two-part urethane adhesive prior to stretching. All frames are pre-bowed and tension targets are selected based on the individual stabilization rate of the specific mesh count providing the user with consistent results every time.
Re-Stretched Screens
Each screen is re-surfaced and primed with our two-part urethane adhesive prior to stretching. While stretching the frame sides are pre-bowed to maximize the tension stability of each frame. Screen tensions are also calculated to stabilize at each mesh count’s optimum tension to provide the most reliable results.
TecSeal
No need for tape! Our TecSeal permanent block out and proprietary well seal product are designed to give the user the ability to minimize, if not eliminate the need for inside well tape saving you time and money. We offer 2 options. Full seal of all 4 sides which is better suited for automated screen reclaim equipment or U-Channel, our 3 sided seal leaving the bottom open to reduce spray back in manual screen reclaim situations.
